1. 適用範囲
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MuscleTrainingManager（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくすべての方（以下「ユーザー」）に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. サービスの利用
本アプリは個人のワークアウト管理を目的としたアプリです。商業的利用や第三者への再配布は禁止します。
3. サブスクリプション（自動更新）
本アプリは有料のプレミアムプラン（月額・年額）を提供しています。
- 自動更新: サブスクリプションは購入期間終了の 24 時間前までにキャンセルしない場合、自動的に更新されます。
- 課金先: Apple ID に紐付けられた Apple のお支払い方法に請求されます。
- 解約方法: 設定アプリ → [あなたの名前] → サブスクリプション → MuscleTrainingManager → キャンセルから解約できます。
- トライアル期間: 無料トライアルが提供される場合、トライアル期間終了時に自動的に有料サブスクリプションに移行します。
- 価格: 最新の価格は App Store の製品ページをご確認ください。
4. 禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング
- 本アプリを通じた違法行為
- 他のユーザーへの迷惑行為
5. 免責事項
本アプリは健康・医療上のアドバイスを提供するものではありません。ワークアウトに関する判断は自己責任で行ってください。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
6. 規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更する場合があります。変更後も本アプリを継続使用することで、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users who download, install, or use MuscleTrainingManager (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
The App is intended for personal workout tracking. Commercial use or redistribution to third parties is prohibited.
3. Subscription (Auto-Renewal)
The App offers paid premium plans (monthly and yearly).
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Charges are applied to the Apple ID payment method associated with your account.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > MuscleTrainingManager.
- Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.

4. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering the App
- Using the App for illegal purposes
- Harassing other users
